What happens to your principal private residence?

The PIP, when formulating the proposal for a PIA, in so far as reasonably practicable will ensure that you are not required to sell or move out of your principal private residence. If you wish to move out or the PIP believes that the running costs of staying in the principal private residence are disproportionately large, the PIA may provide for you to move out of the principal private residence.
